A concept taking shape in Switzerland

A better way
to pass a
place on.

A home’s next chapter brings people together. The process should, too.

Terravista is being built to help current tenants share their apartment, prospects find their next home, and management move things forward. With less chasing and clearer next steps.

A place worth getting to know.
Architectural illustration of a Swiss apartment building, with balconies, a garden and a welcoming entrance.
From the first look to the last set of keys.Illustration, not a property listing

One shared process.

A clear view for each person.

Personal details stay personal.

Less back-and-forth. More moving forward.

The whole journey,
with room for everyone.

1

Share the place.

Bring the apartment to life with its details, photos, floor plan and, when available, a virtual tour. Send one property-specific link.

A first look with a fuller picture
2

Arrange the interest.

Answer the common questions, coordinate viewings and guide prospects through what management needs for an application.

Less repeating. Fewer loose ends.
3

Make the next step clear.

Follow applications, management decisions and handover arrangements as separate milestones, with the right person responsible for each.

From interest to an agreed handover

A small look at the bigger idea

Same apartment.
Three perspectives.

Try the views below. This illustrative handover uses fictional information; nothing is sent or saved.

Your handover

Know what’s moving forward.

Example case

See that an application arrived and where management stands, without receiving the applicant’s financial details.

Submitting an application, meeting declared criteria, management verification and acceptance are different steps. A signed lease and the outgoing tenant’s release are separate again.

Built around the people involved

A shared process.
Different things to take care of.

Passing your place on?

Present it well, arrange the interest and know what needs your attention. Coordinate the handover without becoming the keeper of everyone’s paperwork.

For the current tenant

Finding your next home?

Get to know the apartment, understand the conditions and follow a clear application pathway. See what’s required and what happens next.

For prospective tenants

Bringing it together?

Review consistent applications, request clarification and record decisions. Keep selection, contractual confirmations and the handover in their proper hands.

For property management

Clear boundaries, by design

Share the progress.
Protect the personal.

The planned platform separates property information, shared arrangements and confidential applications. Each person should see what they need to move things forward.

Before the next chapter

A few useful
answers.

Terravista is in development. This page introduces the idea, not a live rental service.

Can I list an apartment or apply today?

Not yet. This is the concept landing page. Property listings, accounts, viewing bookings and real application submissions are not available here.

What would a property link do?

A link such as terravista.ch/link-2610-4827316 would take you directly to one apartment. Separate tenant and management entry points would require sign-in and permission; knowing a short link would not unlock private information.

Would the current tenant see my application?

The intended design gives the current tenant limited progress information, such as whether an application was submitted and its declared eligibility status. Personal answers and supporting documents would go through a separately controlled management review process.

Does “eligible” mean the apartment is mine?

No. Declared eligibility uses an applicant’s answers against confirmed rules. Management still needs to verify supporting information and make a separate decision. An application decision is not a signed lease.

Does this page collect my information?

This page has no account form, application upload, advertising analytics or persistent browser storage. The example runs in your browser and resets when you reload. As with any hosted website, its hosting provider may process basic request information to deliver and protect the site.

A little less chasing.

A clearer next chapter.
